Meridian Gardens

Meridian Gardens is an 85-unit affordable housing community in Portland, Oregon, offering a mix of single-room occupancy (SRO) and studio units. The development is designed to support individuals in recovery, with the majority of units dedicated to permanent supportive housing and integrated services that promote long-term stability and well-being.

The project includes community-focused programming and access to supportive services such as case management, employment assistance, and recovery-oriented resources, creating a structured and supportive residential environment.

PARCA Floors delivered flooring and surface installation services across the development, supporting the project’s goal of providing durable, functional, and safe living spaces for residents.

• Installation of resilient flooring systems across residential units 
• Installation of tile finishes in restrooms, showers, and common areas 
• Installation of wall tile and backsplash systems in designated spaces 
• Installation of fiberglass-reinforced panel (FRP) wall systems in specified areas 
• Concrete surface preparation, including grinding and sealing 
• Subfloor preparation, including gypsum sealing and floor prep 
• Installation of base, transitions, and finishing components 
• Coordination with project specifications and multi-trade construction activities
