Fairfield Apartments is an affordable housing community located in downtown Portland, Oregon. The project involved renovation and interior upgrades to enhance functionality, durability, and overall living conditions for residents.

PARCA Floors delivered flooring and surface installation services as part of the renovation scope, supporting upgrades across residential units and common areas while aligning with project specifications and construction sequencing.

• Installation of resilient flooring systems across residential units 
• Installation of commercial flooring systems in common and shared areas 
• Subfloor preparation, including gypsum sealing and floor prep 
• Installation of tile finishes in designated areas 
• Installation of fiberglass-reinforced panel (FRP) wall systems in select spaces 
• Concrete-related finishes, including sealed concrete 
• Installation of base, transitions, and finishing components 
• Coordination with project specifications and multi-trade construction activities
