Beacon at Glisan Landing

Beacon at Glisan Landing is a 41-unit Permanent Supportive Housing development located in Portland’s Montavilla neighborhood, designed to serve individuals and couples transitioning out of homelessness. The project integrates housing with on-site supportive services, including partnerships that provide healthcare, case management, and workforce development programs.


PARCA Floors was engaged to provide comprehensive flooring and surface installation services across residential units and shared spaces, supporting the project’s goal of delivering safe, durable, and long-lasting environments for residents.


Scope of Work


  • Installation of resilient flooring systems across residential units 
  • Installation of sheet vinyl flooring in unit interiors 
  • Installation of carpet tile and walk-off matting in designated areas 
  • Installation of rubber flooring systems at back-of-house areas and stair landings 
  • Concrete-related finishes, including polished and sealed concrete 
  • Subfloor preparation, including gypsum sealing and floor prep 
  • Installation of base, transitions, stair components, and finishing systems 
  • Installation of tile finishes in common areas 
  • Coordination with project specifications and multi-trade construction activities
