Aldea at Glisan Landing

Aldea at Glisan Landing is a 96-unit affordable housing development located in Portland’s Montavilla neighborhood, designed to serve families and intergenerational households. As part of the larger Glisan Landing development, the project emphasizes community-centered living, accessibility, and supportive resident services.

PARCA Floors was engaged to provide comprehensive flooring and surface installation services across residential units and shared spaces, supporting the project’s goal of delivering durable, functional, and family-friendly living environments.

• Installation of resilient flooring systems across residential units 
• Installation of sheet vinyl, rubber, tile, and carpet systems in designated areas 
• Flooring installation in common and shared spaces, including corridors and amenity areas 
• Subfloor preparation, including gypsum sealing and floor prep 
• Concrete-related finishes, including polished and sealed concrete 
• Installation of base, transitions, stair components, and finishing systems 
• Installation of walk-off matting and specialty flooring systems 
• Coordination with project specifications and multi-trade construction activities
